**Job Title: Clinical Evidence Specialist**





**Pay: $49 per hour**





**Summary**



The purpose of this role is to analyze clinical and scientific data to identify evidence in support of the safety and performance of Orthopaedic product portfolio. The successful candidate will review published scientific literature and internal clinical and preclinical study reports to assimilate the supporting evidence. They will then report this evidence to stakeholders within the group to assist in setting the clinical strategy for company products.


**Responsibilities** :

Identify and review clinical and scientific literature to extract relevant data sets

Work with internal colleagues in R&D and Clinical and Medical Affairs to identify and interpret data

Report findings to key stakeholders within the business through written and verbal communications

Support the Clinical Strategy Team in defining the clinical strategy of the Orthopaedics portfolio


**Education** : Bachelors in a scientific or medical discipline required.


**Experience** :

Minimum 2 years experience of analyzing clinical/ scientific data sets and communicating the outputs.

Experience working within a medical device company in a Research & Development, Scientific and Medical Affairs, Clinical or Regulatory role.

Experience in the field of Orthopaedics would be beneficial

Experience in presenting scientific/clinical evidence in a written and oral manner to cross-disciplinary teams.


**Competences** :

Excellent data extraction and analysis skills.

Good medical writing skills.

Good communicator and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure to deadlines.

Must exhibit high quality, ethical and compliant work habits.

Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Physical Demands: Sitting in front of a computer 90%+ of day
