Position: Remote Sales Representative


Wages: Base salary is 33,000, paid hourly $15.86 Plus Commission up to 43,000 Benefits are available day one 1 of the job!


Responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our moderately complex clients products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. Depending on client engagement, could include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, voice of the customer, and/or revenue retention motions (product/service contract renewals, extension, upsell and expansion). Serves an assigned territory/client with moderate variables in geography and/or customer complexity. Responsible for developing an excellent level of product or service knowledge to support customer questions and promote offerings. This role is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers. Makes and receives calls with the intent of selling products/services or renewing existing contracts. May respond to customer inquiries by following standard scripts and procedures. Confirms competitiveness of clients maintenance contracts and works towards assigned contract revenue goals. Understands and captures the Voice of the Customer for assigned client.


**Profile Description:**


This is a front-line customer-facing role responsible for the first touch


The Inbound and Outbound Sales Development Agent will use their knowledge of Cloud Computing to help customers as they begin their transition to a cloud environment. Agents in this role will be required to work cross-functionality with different teams. Regular activities in this role include:


+ Following outbound contact cadence to reach targeted potential customers identified through MQLs or prospecting

+ Assessing customer environment, needs and goals and qualifying or disqualifying them as opportunities for the company's Platform products and services

+ Helping customers who are using the product engage with the company Cloud Platform team

+ Working collaboratively with other team members to identify cloud solutions


Lead Management


+ Quickly assess and prioritize leads from sales, trials, partners, and other sources

+ Efficiently provide customers with relevant options to support their Cloud Computing needs

+ Assign leads to different campaigns and current pilot programs


**Preferred Qualifications:**


+ Bachelors degree preferred

+ 3-4 years of experience working in a sales capacity preferred

+ If covering Public Segment, prior knowledge of or ability to learn state, local, and education (SLED) sales engagement model
