Description Kelly Services is currently seeking a **Reporting Analyst** for a medical technology company located in **Alpharetta, GA.**

The Reporting Analyst role supports the Corporate FP&A function with daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual Reporting, Forecasting, and Budgeting duties. The Reporting Analyst will maintain cost center data and update all reports distributed on a monthly basis in lieu of a financial reporting system. The candidate will also serve as a backup for team members.

Hours: 8am - 5pm, M-F
Pay Rate: $50 - $72 per hour

**Job Description:**

+ Defining the one-time costs to Health Care related to the spin-off Coordinating the completion of the 2014 strategic business plan (SBP)
+ Overseeing the build out of the quarterly forecast model to include balance sheet and statement of cash flow
+ Building analysis comparing allocated costs prior to spin to organizational costs after the spin
+ Establish post spin budgets
+ Understand impact of TSAs
+ Build one-time cost estimate associated with eliminating TSAs
+ Establish budget upon elimination of TSAs
+ Work with Knoxville to incorporate forecasts into BPC tool
+ Supply agreement analysis
+ Assist in quarterly forecast coordination
**Principal Accountabilities**

+ Run monthly query processes and build data sets used for all cost center reporting and insure information is made available in a timely manner.
+ Develop Excel based standardized models used globally for quarterly and annual forecasting and analysis.
+ Work closely with all FP&A teams to address their reporting/forecasting requirements and prepare ad hoc reports as needed.
+ Work with IT and accounting teams to identify and request corrections when inconsistencies are found while performing monthly reconciliations.
+ Perform project assignments and special reviews and analyses as required to assist management in the evaluation of the business
+ Assist in the separation activities and analyses related to the divestiture of one of Compay's segment

+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting and or finance is required
+ 5+ years financial analysis experience
+ Proven ability to work effectively with all organization levels
+ Strong problem-solving skills, balanced conceptual and pragmatic thinking
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel is required (complex modeling combining multiple data sources, macros)
+ Experience with system changes: conversions, implementations, upgrades, separations
+ Ability to work under strict deadlines and complete ad hoc requests in a timely manner

+ VBA, SAP, HFM, Essbase, Anaplan experience
+ Health Care, Medical Device or Manufacturing industry experience
+ International business exposure, including currency impacts
