Description **Kelly Scientific** is currently hiring an **Entry Level Research Associate** for a Therapeutics company in Seattle, WA. The primary focus of the Research Associate will be to support cell culture process development activities. This individual will execute experiments, support team efforts, collect, evaluate and present data. Additionally, the Research Associate will contribute to technical reports.

This is a 1 year contract role.

**Responsibilities**


+ Design and execute experiments in the process development labs which includes aseptic processing and operation of automated process equipment.
+ Summarize experimental data and aid in analysis to draw conclusions.
+ Coordinate with the analytical group for timely delivery of process samples and turn-around of analytical data.
+ Support and/or author technical reports for process changes.
+ Weekend work will sometimes be required in order to support on-going experiments.
**Required Qualifications**


+ Experience with aseptic processing of mammalian or primary cell culture in biological safety cabinet.
+ Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail with cGMP experience a plus.
+ Ability to effectively work in cross functional teams, meet deadlines, and prioritize responsibilities.
+ Experience working in a self-driven, performance/results oriented, fast paced matrix environment.
+ Excellent problem solving skills.
+ Proficiency utilizing MS Office products and working knowledge of statistical software (R, JMP, Minitab)
+ Able to creatively manage time and elevate relevant issues to project lead and line management.
+ Strong scientific and technical writing and presentations.
+ Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Education Requirements**


+ B.S. in chemical/biological, biology, or relevant scientific field and 0-3 years of relevant experience in biologic process/analytical development
