$13-$17 based on experience

This Property Management Company has an excellent opportunity for an individual who is customer service oriented, organized, able to multi-task, and a good communicator. We work in a fast paced environment that is customer service focused and are looking for an energetic and highly motivated person to join our team!



The **Reservationist** position will primarily be responsible for assisting the Guest Service team, with the daily customer service, administrative, technical, and operational needs of the business. This individual will perform system related administrative support as needed as well as perform rental bookings.



**Primary Duties & Responsibilities:**




+ Answer incoming guest/ owner calls, direct guests and owners to appropriate business area, check voicemail, respond to all emails and inquiries

+ Perform check-in/ check-out calls to guests

+ Book rental properties, follow up on guest inquiries, and call New/Hot leads

+ Transfer leads, respond to livechat requests

+ Create work orders, schedule maintenance actions per guest requests

+ Perform all administrative duties related to Property management of vacation rentals

+ Assist with special projects, mail outs, writing memorandums & letters, and Ad-hoc requests

+ Perform overall administrative duties and support for Management team



**Qualifications and Requirements:**




+ 2-3 years Customer Service, Reservations or guest service experience; Property Management or Hospitality industry experience preferred




+ Must be professional answering telephone, addressing inquiries, talking with vendors




+ Must possess ability to focus on task completion, data entry, and maintain confidentiality




+ Must have a desire to provide friendly and excellent customer service!




+ Must be able to multi-task while on the phone (data entry) and work in a fast paced environment




+ Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
