This is a REMOTE role - you can work from home but will be responsible for visiting local schools to discuss retirement plans with teachers. You will be provided with territories and the company already has contracts in place with schools.

Hours: Flexible (the more you put in the more profitable you can be)

Salary: $72/K (a great salary to start so that you can begin building your portfolio - year 2 and 3 the salary will decrease as your commission/bonus structure increases. It has been said that you have the potential to make 6-figures in your first year!)


This position will be primarily responsible for promoting 403(b)/457 retirement plans to the educational community by conducting workshops, promotions, and events. Develop and manage district and school relationships necessary to increase participation, deferral rates, and assets. Assists school employees in establishing retirement accounts in addition to analyzing current retirement plans and investments in order to provide recommendations based on best interest.


We are seeking to bring on several **Retirement Advisors** in the Miami Dade, FL market. This position is responsible for providing advice, planning, and solutions that effectively address the financial goals and objectives of members, educators and clients, while building additional retirement plan assets. The role builds relationships with the K-12 education markets, additional retirement plan opportunities (403b, 457, 401k, ERISA plans) within the market and internal partners.

Qualified candidates will have at least 4 years of experience in the sale and delivery of financial planning, investment and insurance solutions, use of managed accounts, and with a proven record in growing production and assets.


**Additional Requirements:**

+ Series 7 and 66 (or 6, 63 and 65); and Florida insurance license

+ Prefer financial institution experience

+ Designation(s) a plus

+ Clean U-4

+ Self-starter

+ Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
