Great Opportunity for Professional Receptionist/Admin Asst. in Sarasota!

Full-time: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (1 hour lunch)

Possible temp-to-hire for the right candidate

Pay Rate: $17/hr.


**Duties and responsibilities:**

+ Answer all calls and transfer to appropriate people exceptional customer service skills, professional image and demeaner

+ Assist Listing and Closing Coordinator to input real estate listing into MLS and process listing file

+ Meet and greet clients, agents and vendors in a friendly and professional manner

+ Experience in Outlook, Word and Excel

+ Sending out hand written thank you notes to other company agents that have closed with our agents and our agents liked doing business with them

+ Send out birthday cards monthly to our agents

+ Send out Anniversary cards to our agents.

+ Set up your calendar and update it daily

+ Look into and get information regarding events going order food and anything needed supplies for meetings or events

+ Email Floor schedule

+ Schedule and send out information for Thanksgiving Pies also called and got prices being the contact person for ordering

+ Schedule and remind agents for 1 on 1s

+ Looking into maps and push pins for a farming project

+ Sending out invitations and reminders for classes that would benefit the agents

+ Putting together New Agents folders

+ Taking the new agents around and showing them needed information and ordering their name plates and getting their information to corporate

+ Making sure that all agents get the new training calendar and the more BLT schedule I email both to each agent

+ Designing a Welcome to the team letter with what to expect to be given to new agents

+ Do floor schedule monthly make sure it is complete and sent to the floor agents by the 15th of the prior month

+ Make sure that the list of floor agents is up to date

+ Update and put new floor schedule in floor book and on board at floor desk

+ Prepare any maintenance request for anything that is needed in the office.

+ Order all supplies that will be needed for the office

+ Call copier company is copiers are not working

+ Help agents with faxing and emailing through the copier

+ Fill all 3 copiers up as needed
