Kelly Services is hiring for **Customer Service Call Center Advocates** in Florence, SC.



Position Summary: Employees will be providing prompt, accurate, thorough and courteous responses to all telephone inquiries. Employees also will perform research as needed to resolve inquiries.



Skills Needed: Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong human relations and organizational skills. Ability to handle high stress situations. Good judgment skills. Strong customer service skills. Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively and efficiently.



Requirements




+ At least 1 year of call center experience OR 2 years of general customer service experience

+ Access to your highschool diploma or equivalency

+ Great Attitude



Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday (potenitally Sat for some shifts) shifts between 8am-6pm
