Are you ready to take your experience to the next level? If so, this opportunity may be for you. We are seeking a Seasoned Customer Service Representative to join a fast growing company that specializes in Innovations for Life Science Consumables located in Lodi, CA!



This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a Monday - Friday schedule.





**Responsibilities:**




+ Call and/or receive calls from customers to obtain answers to questions regarding sales orders and/or product line.

+ Receive and forward all incoming calls to the appropriate person/voicemail.

+ Maintain confidentiality regarding all incoming calls and visits dealing with all SSIs employees.

+ Maintain accurate records of customers contact names and company information.

+ Fax customers a copy of Invoices and/or Bills of Lading pertaining to their purchase orders as they are requested.

+ Customer correspondence via e-mail/fax.

+ Enter all orders, sample requests, and product returns in the TMM software in a timely and efficient manner.

+ Enter expected ship dates on all orders, sample requests, and product returns. Print back-order reports in the TMM software and look for problems regarding specific items. Keep all expected ship dates accurate and up-to-date.

+ Process any outgoing mail.

+ Process the invoices and any paperwork necessary (international) in a timely and efficient manner. This would include creating invoices in TMMs software, typing Shippers Export Declarations, and faxing copies to the freight forwarders.

+ Maintain up-to-date information on SSIs product line.

+ Work with sales management to resolve customer complaints.



**Qualifications:**




+ Work with sales management to resolve customer complaints.

+ Must have SAP or Oracle experience for this role.

+ Clearly and professionally communicate by telephone.

+ Math, English, and reading skills sufficient to understand all technical related documents.

+ Daily attendance that is regular, consistent, and timely as determined by the set schedule.

+ Use of personal computer to prepare documents and reports, as required.

+ Work on several assignments simultaneously with accurate results.

+ Accurately compare numbers, digits, and/or monetary amounts.

+ Take direction on future assignments/tasks and follow through in a timely and accurate manner.

+ Work on a personal computer, with video display terminal, for extended periods of time, utilizing a variety of programs and systems.

+ Ability to maintain good employee relations by acting courteously and amicably towards other co-workers.

+ Communicate by e-mail and/or phone with other SSI departments, such as Packaging, Production, Shipping, and Quality Control.
