**The CRANIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE will receive, proof, schedule, and process cranial in-coming orders. He/she will: Process and manage electronic compressed files .zip of patient scans for Custom-toScan orders, as well as orders received via Custom-to-Cast.**

Also be 1 proficient at taking and entering both custom and prefabricated orders received by telephone, fax, in writing, and in person, 2 able to project a positive, energetic, helpful persona. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Provide a high level of service that constantly and consistently exceeds the needs of the customer. 2. High level of customer contact and information verification, the ability to work with deadlines and resolve customer/practitioner issues or concerns. 3. Responsible for processing orders related to the Custom-to-Cast and Custom-to-Scan Cranial Remolding production. 4. Utilize Yeti Shape Builder Canfit P O Design applications to process in-coming cranial scan files 5. Utilize VisualCAM application to process and post cranial carving files to 5-axis or 3-axis router. 6. a Document customer complaints on Customer Quality Report and distribute to appropriate staff responsible for resolution. b Issue and process RA s for Product Returns 7. In-depth knowledge of in-house cranial manufacturing processes to facilitate order completion. 8. Familiar with FDA regulations for Class II Medical Devices. 9. Knowledge of prefabricated products manufacturing processes to facilitate order completion. 10. In-depth Knowledge of MAS200 Customer Service Module, able to navigate multiple screens in timely, efficient manner. 11. Working knowledge of in-house shipping processes to facilitate order shipment. Page 2 12. Report all out of line conditions affecting customer satisfaction. 13. Overtime is considered an essential function of the position. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Ability to work Saturday Rotation as well as Late Night Rotation to ensure coverage. 2. Utilize others converting i.e., AOP2YTR, CP2ACAD applications to process in-coming scan files. 3. Perform other duties as assigned. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: Balancing Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing or crouching on narrow, slippery or erratically moving surfaces. Crouching Bending the body downward and forward by fending leg and spine. Reaching Extending hands and arms in any direction. Walking Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks from one workstation to another. Pushing- Using upper extremities to press against something with steady force to thrust forward, downward, or outward. Pulling Using upper extremities to exert force to draw, drag, haul or tug objects in a sustained motion. Lifting Raising objects from a lower to a higher position. Fingering Working primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand or arm. Grasping Applying pressure to an object with the fingers and palm. Talking Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Hearing- Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and making fine discrimination in sound. Repetitive Motion- Making substantial movements motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary worry criteria are met. VISUAL REQUIREMENTS: Required to have a close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or o
