**Position Summary:**



Our organization is searching for a dynamic Sales Associate to take on the management of strategic accounts at our Regional Headquarters in Troy, MI. The position will be responsible for overseeing current account(s), cultivating the account, and helping to grow our business. The successful candidate will be accountable for all aspects of the account(s) and will play a key role in developing and implementing financial strategies to improve the financial health of our company through continue growth opportunities.





**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**



Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the customer



Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence



Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs



Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team



Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status



Lead and manage all aspects of Sales; primarily commercial in nature but retaining ultimate responsibility for (i) program success (ii) overall success of HS R&A with assigned customer(s)



Receive customer RFI, RFQ; communicate requirements to HQ, launch quote development process; develop RFQ timing plan and ensure all quote requirements are met on time



Be responsible for developing internal timing in compliance with customer program timing requirements; ensure requirements and deadlines are communicated (i) locally to engineering (ii) to personnel connected to this program at HQ (iii) to plant and other personnel as required



Hold regular meetings to measure progress; provide regular updates proactively to customer and to HS management and HS product development team (PDT)



With input from HSD Engineering, develop and execute appropriate test and validation timing plans; ensure the organization is meeting deadlines; alert PDT and management of impending deadlines and endangered deadlines





**Experience Required:**



Successful previous experience in automotive sales, minimum five (5) years, consistently meeting or exceeding targets



Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences



Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization



Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close



Strong business sense and industry expertise



Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills



Korean language skills preferred



BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field
