Kellys Client was Founded in 2004, is passionate about helping businesses do business better. Their focus is end-to-end technology equipment and infrastructure solutions which include, but are not limited to, infrastructure cabling, skilled engineering services, and equipment setup, activation, testing and tear outs. Basically, they are responsible for any of the technology in a building that doesnt zap you. This includes devices such as computers, cash registers, phones, CCTV, kiosks, digital signage, and the entire network that connects and supports it.


**About the role:**


Our client is looking for someone that is driven to build strong, long lasting relationships. This position is responsible for cultivating and growing our existing relationships as well as developing the relationships with our OEM partners. One of main roles of this position is to keep the customer satisfied and to deliver exceptional service on a day-to-day basis. Prospecting, following-up, and building trust is an important aspect to creating success in this role. This role is important to the team because sales are important to the company. Building strong relationships through good communication and partnership is invaluable to consistent growth.


**What you'll be doing:**


+ Managing relationships with our existing customers, seeking out new opportunities, further developing existing

+ Working with OEM partners to establish partnerships and discover sales opportunities

+ Creating proposals to be sent to the customer in support of new business opportunities

+ Maintaining your pipeline of business through your customer portfolio

+ Closing the business opportunities that are found and ensuring a successful launch

+ Participating in weekly Level 10 meetings to review metrics, quarterly goals, and open issues


**Who we're looking for:**


+ Someone who enjoys developing and maintaining good relationships

+ Someone who is successful at closing opportunities

+ Someone who knows how to prospect to existing customers

+ Someone who is personable and trustworthy

+ Someone who has great follow up

+ Someone who is focused on deadlines

+ 2+ years of selling services (minimum)

+ Low-Voltage industry experience is required

+ Role can be based out of Farmington Hills, MI
