**Job Description**


Kelly Services is looking for a Sales Administrator for the Grand Rapids area near the airport. This position is designed to enhance profitable revenue and organization for the company. This role works independently as well as collaboratively with the sales department, VP Sales, solutions specialist(s) directly. The goal for this role to ensure that clients receive first-class service and that the sales teams is well supported in their need to drive revenue for the company.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Provide administrative support to the sales and leadership team.

- Organize, prepare and send materials to customers as needed by the sales team

- Help clients and prospects achieve better financial results, improve operational efficiency, and reduce environmental impact

- Understand fully the process and procedure for supplying our client base with superior products and an excellent level of service

- Become an expert administrator of our CRM system to ensure accurate and timely updates of information

- Work directly with sales leadership and purchasing to ensure updates of price book are easily accessible to sales teams

- Maintain customer database

- Provide reporting on activity, benchmarking, pipeline and P&L reporting to VP Sales and President

- Managed order entry and processing responsibilities for sales submitted by team

- Reach out to clients to retrieve additional information as needed and help manage delivery expectations by acting as a liaison between sales and service/project management

- Take calls from clients and manage transactional sales as they come in to allow sales team to focus on larger opportunities

- Manage incoming leads and distribute based on territory or skill set

- Demonstrate a strong understanding and promote the value proposition of Kraft Business Systems

- Complete associated paperwork following each customer contact in a timely, accurate and legible manner to ensure all details of the transaction are completed according to approved and standardized procedures

- Continually ensure that the sales team has the right tools and information to succeed in their roles.

- Balance relationships cross-departmentally to ensure a positive result for our clients while maintaining revenue goals for the organization.

- You will need to be persistent in your efforts while maintaining a positive and winning attitude at all times.


**Requirements**


- Must have excellent organizational skills

- Analytic in approach

- Self-motivated

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the organization

- Obtain a college degree

- Minimum (2) years experience in B2B sales administration

- Proficient in Microsoft products.
