Kelly Services has DIRECT HIRE opportunity for SALES COORDINATOR at large hospitality provider in Grand Forks, ND.


PAY: $19.23/hr


HOURS: 8am-5pm M-F


Managing all aspects of the Sales Operations.


RESPONSIBLITIES:


+ Follow up on potential sales leads.

+ Demonstrate a high level of customers service towards guests and staff.

+ Communicate and coordinate client & guest requests trouble-shooting concerns.

+ Prepare & coordinate marketing materials and items for guests, clients and other sales initiatives.

+ Prepare guest proposals detailing function, banquet & event opportunities.

+ Achieve sales targets as outlined by Vice President of Sales.

+ Contribute new ideas, incentives and potential opportunities.

+ Meet with clients and promptly respond to inquiries.

+ Achieve target sales goals, maintain a minimum of a three month rolling sales forecast, and secure new and existing sales accounts.

+ Generate sales through personal and business contacts, referrals, cold-calls, physical visits to customer sites and developing relationships.

+ Overcome objections of prospective customers.

+ Emphasize products and service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare reports.

+ Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity in a positive manner.

+ Use sales management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.

+ Maintain accurate records, including sales call reports, billing invoices, and other documentation.

+ Prepare RFP responses to potential clients.

+ Periodically conduct information-only presentations, such as seminars, trade show demonstrations, and other initiatives.

+ Ensure all details and services for meetings, conventions, catering and coordinating events are completed and executed based on client requests.

+ Follow up for guest feedback after completed events.


REQUIRED:


+ Working experience in MS-Office, Outlook, internet.

+ Knowledge of the Medallion Reservation System would be an asset.

+ Skilled in utilization of point of sale systems and/or other back-of the house systems.

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
