**Job Title: Sales Development Manager**


**Location: Longmont CO**


**Duration: Direct Hire**


**Pay: $120,000-$130,000/annually**


Kelly Services is seeking a Sales Development Manager for one of our growing customers in the Longmont CO area.



Main tasks




1. Development of electrification business in certain geographical area

1. With the customers where company is present (in co-operation with the responsible Account Manager)

2. With new customers (new business development).

2. Selection of the appropriate sales channel for new business and management of the hand-over of the customers to the Sales & Marketing organization or to a Sales Partner (Distributor).

3. Management of the direct customers owned in certain geographical area.

4. Coordinating the sales initiatives and win plans in the defined focus areas in co-operation with the global sales team.

5. Being the expert and primary contact person for the electrification off-highway segment for the global sales organization in certain geographical area.

6. Actively supporting the Account Managers and joining them on customer visits to promote the company technology.

7. Supporting the Distribution Sales Managers with electrification business if necessary.

8. Collecting the product requirements for product management and R&D teams.



Background and skills



To be successful in this position, the candidate should have:




+ A degree in engineering (electrical engineering preferred). A degree in other field with a combination of extensive work experience on a relevant field can be considered.

+ Experience in electric drive systems and/or electromobility.

+ Experience in off-highway mobile equipment (e.g. construction machines) or commercial vehicles business.

+ Proven experience and track record in B2B sales or sales/business development.

+ Customer-oriented mindset and good presentation skills.

+ Excellent English skills, both in writing and in speech.

+ Willingness to travel.
