I have an exciting **Direct Hire** opportunity for an **Sales Engineer** with a Client for a **Remote Role** that is the leading manufacturer in **Semiconductors**


_**Must live on the East Coast of the Country**_


**Primary Responsibilities:**


+ Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.

+ Supports customers by answering inquiries, communicating delivery dates, and explaining order details.

+ Monitoring the results of sales activities against planned objectives. Reporting the results to senior management and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

+ Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends.

+ Maintains and improves customer service quality by following documented processes, recommends improved policies and procedures.

+ Updates job knowledge by studying new processes and part numbers, participating in engineering and manufacturing discussions.

+ Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers, including key personnel in engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and purchasing.

+ Achieve assigned sales, account development, and other targets.

+ Functions as a key participant in sales negotiations with major customers in order to close sales.

+ Develop realistic forecasting plans.


**Requirements:**

+ 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, RF, and/or microwave sales positions with a demonstrated history of progressive achievement.

+ Technical bachelors degree required or equivalent in experience.

+ Must be able to travel 10% - 15% of time.

+ CRM experience is required.

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office software tools.

+ Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

+ Focused, upbeat and positive contributor.
