**Salary- 110K**



**Typically, Sales individuals that meet goals, will get a 20% to 30% of base salary as an annual bonus. There is also commission earning opportunities quarterly**

The role of a sales executive or sales representative is to sell as many goods our company can offer. As such, they have a very important part to play in our company's success. They sell fast moving consumer goods



Customers can be business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) and include wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, businesses



and individuals.



**Responsibilities**



Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs



Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media



Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns



Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services to the customers.



Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data



Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations



Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences



Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections



Collaborate with team to achieve better results



Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role



Proficiency in English



Excellent knowledge of MS Office



Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques



Fast learner and passion for sales



Self-motivated with a results-driven approach



Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations



Bachelors degree





Identifying new markets and business opportunities and arranging meetings with potential customers



Visiting potential customers for new business and developing and maintaining relationships



Making accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations



Negotiating the terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales



Attending trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations to represent the employing organization



Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions





**If you have experience in following industries and are familiar with the product of stainless steel and various other materials, they will look at resources that come from:**



** Elevator Sales**



** Stainless Steel sales**



** Large Home appliance and Large Culinary skills**



Maybe automotive if you have worked with heavy materials







Locations: Since these positions will be Heavy travel, approx. 2 weeks in the Home office, 3 days on the road, they have some flexibility where they can sit. Below are the options:





Michigan or Ohio



Chicago or Indy area



East coast, NY/NJ
