This is a great opportunity for a results driven **Sales Manager** with experience entering new markets within the **Rubber, Tires, or Automotive Industry.**

**This is a direct hire remote role: preferred states ( SC, NC, GA, TN)**

The Sales Manager will be responsible for active sales development at the dedicated market area (South, Central and North Americas).

Responsibilities of Sales Manager

**Main Tasks:**

+ Direct sales and commercial activity at the dedicated market area.

+ Focus on company strategy and goals

+ Coordination of sales, supply and after sales service.

+ Fulfillment of tasks and reporting of the activities

+ Active influence and development of company image at the market

+ Market analysis, research and development of the defined market(s)

+ Professional sales approach (first contacts & cold calling)

+ Establishment of long term and sustainable customer relationships

+ Regular sales activities, customer visits, preparation and performance of presentations during meetings.

+ Preparation of Sales Quotations based on internal guidelines concerning defined costs and margins.

+ Preparation of all necessary documents ( contracts, supply terms and conditions etc.)

+ Continuous usage CRM data base for target-oriented and sustainable customer care.

+ Tracing of customer feedbacks (prices, requirements, volumes etc.)

+ Performing direct negotiations with the customers

+ Preparation of strategies for the development of customer volumes, sustainable supplies and profitable business for the company.

+ Full responsibility for achieving the targets of personal KPIs including sales volumes, turnover and margins.

+ Opening up of new markets, development of actions plans to enter new markets, formulation of requirements / tools and ideas to achieve market coverage.

+ Preparation and monitoring of fulfillment of sales budgets (monthly / quarterly / annually).

+ Monitoring of the personal performance, customer volumes and fulfillment of tasks

+ Participation and representation of the company in exhibitions and conferences.Additional tasks:Consideration of the internal company quality requirements and standards according to ISO 9001.Other designated tasks which can be assigned by a General Manager of the Company **Main competencies and skills of the candidate:** 1.Negogiations2.Analyses3.Sales strategy development4.
