MUST HAVE Series 6 AND 63 or 7 AND 66 . SIE not needed if they have these certs. Must have both 6 and 63 or 7 and 63, cannot be either or. MUST BE VACCINATED - OFFER CONTINGENT ON VACCINE. SBS group DC/NJ - Will be selling 401k to CURRENT ADP payroll clients. No real cold-calls as this is a very referal based job. Will work closely with the SBS Small Business Sales Payroll team for referals. Will do call blitzes trying to capture business from payroll clients.Usually a 1 to 2 call close. If it takes longer its either because they are not going to win, or because it s a bigger more complicated account than the average account they secure. Very quick sales environment with a huge emphasis on building relationships quickly. They want someone who is always after the next best thing, someone looking to take the next positive step forward in their career. Not someone who hates their job and wants out. Culture can be difficult - Need true sales background, must have adaptable personality. Must hit sales numbers, very metrics driven. They are looking for someone fun, energetic and positive. Needs to be a closer and self-motivated, always looking to advance. These should be 1 or 2 call closes, so they should be making sales often. Must have a true sales background - needs to be able to talk about their sales numbers in interview. Metrics 10 prospect appts per week 12 advisor connections per week - could be virtual or in person 12 - 15 ADP payroll partner connections for leads Call blitzes often - Very high activity expected Bachelors preffered - associates is fine. Would skip degree for strong canddiate. Career trajectory: Could move to up-market sales, national account sales, could move into leadership. LOTS of opportunity for career growth at ADP. Pay: 80k base + about 40k in commissions if they are meeting goals + quarterly bonuses for over performance Training bonus is a ramp up commission stand in while they build their book of business. They get 750 per pay period for 12 pay periods = 9000 guaranteed on top of base, + any sales they actually close during that ramp up period. Training: Largely virtual but will also do a week in NJ. Will do ride-alongs when possible. Will be expected to have an office presense at least 1 or 2 days a week. I would expect more during training. Will need a car as they will be traveling to clients for meetings. Interview Process: One 45 - 60 min video webex interview with JT or Shane depending on location One 45 - 60 min video interview with Greg Bourbeau - VP of Sales Northeast Retirement Services at ADP Offer Interview with Greg 2nd stage will focus largly on how do you build relationships, walk me through your current book of business, how did you get there?
