Kelly has an excellent long-term temporary opportunity for a skilled **Sales Support Specialist** for a leading Life Science company in **Billerica, MA** . Our great partner needs someone with a sales-oriented mindset to support both customer an internal sales staff in quote preparation, order entry, and customer queries. This is an **in-office** role with an 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mon-Fri schedule paying **$23 per hour** .
**Responsibilities include but not limited to:**
Preparing quotes for the sales of both inventory and service contracts
Maintaining accurate customer information in the CRM system, adding new contacts, and updating when necessary
Monitoring bid website and working with sales representatives to prepare proposals
Answer incoming sales calls and forwarding the customer information to the appropriate salesperson or department as needed
Work with the Business Analyst to ensure product and service contract purchase order intake is accurately reported and that there are no discrepancies between the Sales Tracker and SAP Business One report
Review purchase orders ensuring that customer information, delivery address, and payment terms are accurate before they are sent to the Order Management team for processing
Completion of customer forms required for vendor set-up and reviewing contract terms and conditions
Collaborate and liaise with company headquarters as well as other departments such as Planning, Sales, Finance and Warehouse and Logistics to gain and share necessary information when needed
Supporting marketing tasks such as collating materials for trade shows, distributing marketing materials to the salespeople, and uploading customer leads to the CRM

Enthusiastic, proactive approach with a professional nature; with the ability to learn quickly and the willingness to take responsibility and ownership of multiple tasks
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work in a team and to build strong professional relationships at all levels
Great self-motivation and exceptional time management skills along with the ability to properly prioritize tasks
Enthusiastic and proactive mindset
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Strong communication: interpersonal and organizational skills are essential
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and a working knowledge of SAP and/or CRM is desirable
