**Target Salary** : 85k-95k + full benefits package & matching 401k.

The Salesforce Administrator role is responsible for supporting the on-going development and configuration needs of the environment of with the opportunity to grow into a broader role as application administration needs increase with the organization. This role is responsible for engaging successfully with global organization in the delivery of sales tools and technology to the salesforce network, resulting in maximizing our usage of salesforce modules resulting in increased selling time and profitable sales growth.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to:**

+ Support and updating functionality of the environment
+ Create/Maintain reporting needs of the Sales/Marketing Organization
+ Perform daily administrative tasks for the
+ Monitor usage patterns to maintain accurate user count levels and maximize functionality usage
+ Consult with internal teams to troubleshoot day to day issues
+ Ability to be self-directed and anticipate needs of the end user customer with the ability to translate those needs into technology solutions

+ 2 years plus of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Configuration Analyst or Business Analyst
+ Business requirements definition and planning experience
+ Experience with gathering requirements and managing expectations between internal teams and Senior Leadership Team
+ Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationship with business partners
+ Excellent communication skills (written, verbal) and facilitation skills
+ Strong analytical skills
+ Ability to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
**Desired Additional Knowledge & Skills:**

+ Application integration experience
+ Financial Force PSA experience
+ Desk and/or Service Cloud experience
+ Apex coding
+ Sales operations related experience preferred

+ 4-year degree in computer science, management information sciences or related field or equivalent work experience
+ Administrator Certification Preferred
