**Title: Project Manager**


The Project Manager is a core member of US Commercial IT CRM Team and is responsible for CRM release planning, backlog management, facilitation of scrum meetings, issue and risk resolution, and quality reviews of deliverables.

The Project Manager will work directly with the offshore development team and related IT and business teams to manage the delivery of the sales cloud application.

Finally, the IT Project Manager will take direction from, and partner with, the Business operations teams to ensure schedules, approaches, plans, and delivery are aligned and on-scope, on-schedule, and on-budget and that the planned release is completed within committed time and budget.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

• Backlog Management – Work with Business and IT teams to define and document project charter, scope (backlog), prioritize requirements, and decision log,
• Facilitation – Run scrum meetings. Facilitate sprint planning, sprint reviews, and coordination for workshops, significant meetings, and other project related events (e.g. system testing cycles, planning workshops, go live/launches, data gathering workshops, etc.)
• Schedule Management - Work directly with the IT Application Development team to define the work breakdown schedule, milestones, activities, deliverables, delivery dates, and resource plan.
• Work Management – Track and manage the execution of the project schedule, team member assignments, interdependencies, completion of deliverables, and schedule variation/slippage.
• Deliverables Management – Provide quality review of deliverables, facilitate the deliverables acceptance process including signoffs, and maintain the project deliverables repository.
• Issue / Risk Management - Collect, clarify, escalate, and track issues and risks to resolution through management of a formal issue and risk log.
• Delivery Management - Provide direction to team members through all phases of the System Development Lifecycle by ensuring adherence to Baxter’s standard project methodology.
• Communications – Provide status reports, dashboards, and other communications as required to ensure transparency of progress and visibility to obstacles.

**Qualifications / Experience:**
• certification(s) (preferred)
• In-depth knowledge and practice of Project Management principles including Agile methodologies
• Five or more years of Project Management experience in Information Technology, preferably managing Sales cloud application development and cross-platform integration projects
• Scrum/Agile certification, Proficiency in Jira and at least 2 years managing Agile projects is preferred
• High-level understanding of architecture and technologies to provide context to management of projects.
• Excellent organization skills, oral and written communication skills and team facilitation skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with the business and able to work in a matrix environment.
