Kelly Scientific is seeking a temp to hire **Sample Coordinator in Madison, WI.**



Temp to hire



**Shift: M-F 9am- 5:30pm**



**Compensation: $18/hour**


**Responsibilities:**

Learns sample accession tasks including; opening, entering, tracking, labeling, and disposition of samples

Position will be introduced to food, dietary supplements, and micro samples for entry

Coordinates with team members to establish or update customer service procedures, with guidance, as appropriate

Communicates discrepancies to appropriate personnel and assist with problem solving

Handles internal customer inquiries, solve problems with assistance, and contact internal clients for clarification as needed

Assists group with analysis of CAIRs and CAPAs as assigned

Other supporting duties as assigned




**Qualifications:**

Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills

Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude

Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

A minimum of an Associates degree (in related science is preferred). Experience may be substituted for education




This individual will be exposed to potential food allergens (ex. Milk, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, etc). This job requires long periods of time sitting or standing at a computer and the ability to lift approximately 35 lbs. for short periods of time. Individual will be trained in handling potentially hazardous chemicals or materials due to potential exposure.
