We are currently seeking a **Scientific Program Analyst** to work onsite with the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD.

TASKS. The contractor shall:

+ Provide analytic and program coordination to advance the mission of OHE/NICHDs research, workforce, and outreach endeavors relevant to health disparity populations.

+ Assist in producing background materials, reports, timelines, spreadsheets, and presentations for the OHE senior staff to inform critical decisions on research, outreach and workforce projects.

+ Coordinate workshops, webinars, and conferences related to mission-relevant health disparities research, programs, and activities.

+ Manage OHE-lead working groups and committees to develop new program priorities and policies, evaluate on-going programs.

+ Assist in developing and implementing communication of strategies to facilitate outreach to broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS. The contractor must have:

+ Masters degree in Biology, Health Sciences or related discipline. Three (3) years of specialized experience plus a BA/BS degree is equivalent to a Masters degree.

+ Minimum of three (3) years or related experience.

+ Project Management Skills.

+ Familiarity with basic principles of health sciences, health policy and science administration.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.

+ Strong communications skills, both oral and written.

+ Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
