We are currently seeking a **Scientific Program Analyst** to work onsite with the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD.

TASKS. The contractor shall:




+ Extract information from Cancer Prevention Clinical Trials Network (CP-CTNet) and US-Latin American-Caribbean Clinical Trials Network for Prevention of HPV-related Cancers in HIV-infected Individuals (ULACNet) applications

+ Extract data from Clinicaltrials.gov on Prevention studies.

+ Summarize data from trials to determine the accrual effort involved to reach assigned targeted sample size.

+ Analyze grant portfolio related to prevention and prevention clinical trials including PAR-18-559.

+ Analyze peer review issues in prevention clinical trials.

+ Collect, analyze and interpret data and findings; prepare graphic illustration of summarized data.

+ Prepare concise data documents to inform External Program Evaluators of the requested or required data to assess the productivity of CP-CTNet and ULACNet.

+ Setup working group meetings and facilitate Webex discussions for CP-CTNet and ULACNet as well as provide meeting minutes.

+ Work with staff to finalize documents and data for DCP internal presentations, Scientific Program Leaders and NCI Advisory Boards.





REQUIREMENTS. The contractor must have:




+ Ph.D. in a related discipline; three (3) years of specialized experience plus a Masters degree is equivalent to a Ph.D.

+ Minimum of four (4) years of related experience.

+ Experience with data analyses from clinical trials.

+ Experience assessing clinical trials participation data.

+ Strong communications skills, both oral and written. Spanish speaking skills preferred.

+ Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
