Through our partnership with the National Institutes of Health, Kelly Government Solutions offers administrative, IT, engineering, scientific, and healthcare professionals the opportunity to work with the leading medical research center in the world. We are seeking an experienced individual to work as a **Scientific Program Analyst** at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD.


This is a long-term contract position which offers:

**TASKS/SERVICES. The contractor shall:**


+ Utilize established SOPs. for assay execution for clinical research trials.

+ Write SOPs, evaluation and developments reports and analytical plans.

+ Improve existing methodology and generation of novel research experiments while maintaining detailed documentation as per the SOPs.

+ Perform necessary QA/QC activities as per laboratory guidelines and the quality management plan.

+ Trouble shoot assays and adjust scientific methodology to correct problems or deficiencies in a research project or experiment.

+ Maintain accurate laboratory records to ensure proper retention of scientific data.

+ Maintain reagent and laboratory supplies inventories.

+ Attend staff meetings and present experimental date when required.

+ Process of sera, plasma and PBMCs.


**REQUIREMENTS. The contractor must have:**


+ All support positions required a minimum of a BS degree.

+ Experience in a GLP, GCLP, cGMP, laboratory.

+ Proficient in a diverse set of clinical research techniques such as:

+ Immunoassay methodology - ELISA ADA

+ Pseudovirus neutralization assay

+ Elispot Assays

+ Flow cytometry

+ Experience with automated systems such as liquid handlers and high-throughput robotic instruments.

+ Self-motivated and can work independently.

+ Attention to detail for high quality outcomes.

+ High organizational and communication skills.

+ Data analysis and use of analytical software.

+ Proficient in Microsoft work, PowerPoint, Prism, and Excel.
