**Kelly Services** is currently seeking a **Scientific Project Coordinator** in **Branchburg, NJ** to work a contract assignment 12 **month duration** for one of our top clients. **Primary Responsibilities includes:**

The Technical Laboratory Controls group is a department that primarily focuses on handling the lifecycle of equipment used in both manufacturing as well as testing environments. There are 4 groups that make up TLC: Equipment and Lab Compliance, System Support, Calibration, and Equipment and Facility Validation. This position will support all groups within TLC as resources will be focused on project work.

**Responsibilities** : Part of a customer service team that provides support with existing equipment, acquiring new equipment and transfer of equipment throughout the site. Serves as primary contact person for scientific staff concerning laboratory compliance, logbooks, and acquisitions. Contacts appropriate Facilities staff or outside service contractors to schedule repair and preventative maintenance as may be required by position. Reports malfunctions to supervisor and makes sound recommendations to solve problems. Monitors the location, upkeep, and calibration schedules for calibration and preventive maintenance standards. Maintains technical department files e.g. specification sheets, manuals . Maintains department supplies required for performing calibrations/preventive maintenance, as applicable. Monitors and tracks equipment updates issued by manufacturer. Keeps detailed metrics on group progress and deliverable. Specifies and requests purchase of components. Maintains spare parts inventory. Maintains asset inventory in Regulatory Asset Management system. Attends and participates in meetings which involve the companys corporate culture. Supports area investigations of equipment non-conformance events when they occur. Performs work according to established internal SOPs, safety guidelines and regulations, and as specified by appropriate external regulatory agencies i.e., OSHA, FDA . Establishes as appropriate internal/cross-functional/customer relationships. Tracks expenses and contracts

**Skills** :

**Job-related Experience** : 1-2 years in GMP environment. Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills. Fluent in Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Education** : Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma. BS degree preferred.
