Description:

Utilization of a strike down bailer

Band together 70lb bails of aluminum, document / tag bails, place onto wooden pallets, and move accordingly with Forklift.

Stack wooden pallets by hand

Carry pallets to bailer- by forklift

Band bails of aluminum- tag bails- document bails- place bails onto pallet by utilization of air hoist

Utilize forklift to move palletized aluminum bails

Forklift will be roughly 5% of your time

Housekeeping 10% of your time


Required Skills:

Working inside, outside, in dusty/dirty conditions, and around noise. Steel toed boots required - All other PPE will be provided by the company.

Successful candidates must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of the arms and legs, while climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.


Required Experience:

Experience working with in a high traffic, safety conscious environment.

Willingness to work outside in all conditions, as well as in a noisy and dusty environment, wearing all required PPE.

Experience working within the Scrap Metal industry an asset.

High School Diploma or equivalent.


*Will eventually train in the operation of crane/excavators*
