Kelly Services is seeking a **Senior Compensation Analyst** for a provider of specialty insurance products in the property, casualty, extended device protection, and preneed insurance sectors in **Chicago, IL.**

**Job Title: Senior Compensation Analyst**

Location: Chicago, IL 60604

Type: Temporary

Length: 6-Months

Est. Start Date: October 2020

Hours: M-F 8:30A 5:00P

Pay Rate: $40 - $50 per hour


"Provides day-to-day analysis, coordination, administration and management of global compensation programs and data includes base pay, incentive programs, allowances and period salary plans.

Company is implementing a global grading structure (GGS) in approximately 20 countries and these data (job profiles, grades, grade profiles, ranges, etc.) have to be maintained in an Access database until we are ready to implement in Workday.

o Maintain GGS data in an Access database. Updates will be provided largely by the Compensation team, but could also be received from HR Business Partners.

o Run various reports from this Access database.

o Assist in preparing the data for loading into Workday (working with our consulting partner)

o Participate in testing the data in Workday.

Pull market data for job evaluations as requested. These requests may be for job within the US or in any country where Company has employees.

Update/create/terminate incentive programs, allowances, period salary plans, etc in Workday as we prepare for 2021. Includes adding/updating eligibility rules, target awards, currency, etc.

Set-up new job codes in Workday.

Audit data in Workday run various audit reports (or create in Excel from existing reports) and then update data such as:

Grades/grade profiles

Incentive program enrollment (this is at the employee level)

One-time payments

Process requests for incentive payments (this is a biweekly activity). For the balance of 2020, this would be for the US only. In 2021, it will include payments outside the US. "
