**Senior Customer Service Representative - Manufacturing/Industrial**


Manage the relationship with the customer, together with the account manager and be main contact with customers to answer questions, receive process sales orders in SAP, make changes to sales orders and process sales returns and customer problems.

**Senior Customer Service Reps Responsibilities:**


+ Respond promptly to customer inquiries for product, price, delivery and order status.

+ Enter customer sales orders into SAP and sends advanced shipping notices (ASN).

+ Manage customer return requests

+ Collaborate with internal departments regarding changes to ship date or quantity

+ Assist credit department to manage sales orders placed on credit hold.

+ Fix inaccurate prices or price discrepancies.

+ Prepare paperwork for export orders as needed.


**Senior Customer Service Reps Requirements:**


+ Five years of experience with the customer service in an industrial or manufacturing setting

+ Bachelors degree a plus

+ Strong computer skills using SAP (S/4 preferred) or Oracle

+ ERP implementation experience strongly preferred

+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer issues

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office
