Kelly is currently looking for a Senior Data Coordinator for one of our top clients in **Dublin, OH** . (This will be a combination of remote and in-office work.)
**Pay Rate: $19.00/hour**
**Schedule: MON-FRI daytime hours**
**Duration: 3 Months**
**Anticipated start date: Jan 25 2020**
**DUTIES**
Uses knowledge of HR processes, technologies, and controls framework to initiate and/or complete routine employee data transactions and to monitor, audit and ensure data integrity.
Identifies root cause, evaluates impacts and develops solutions for data and process breakdowns.
Maintains standard operating procedures for HR programs impacting employee data requirements.
Maintains positive customer service experience for employees in the company
**EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE**
High School/ GED diploma
Minimum 2-3 years of business data support work experience
Effectively applies knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments
Ability to work with multiple browsers/technical systems during one single transaction
Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems independently
May modify processes to resolve situations
Works independently within established procedures; may receive general guidance on new assignments
May provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members
