**Job Overview:**

+ Work with Developmental and Process Validation Department, as well with other departments and customers to evaluate and plan for late stage development work for projects in late Phase II or Phase III such as Risk Assessment, DOE, and QbD, and execute them appropriately.

+ Responsible for development reports preparation Interim and final reports.

+ Responsible, in cooperation with Manufacturing, for Master Batch Production Record creation or modification and change controls for projects where development work was performed.

**Essential Job Responsibilities:**

+ Lead the design and development of experiments for products in late development phase in support of company objectives.

+ Maximize the efficiency and capacity utilization of development operations relating to later phase projects.

+ Ability to handle multiple development projects simultaneously, by utilizing the resources and equipment in best manner for on-time delivery of products or reports. Insure robust technical transfer of projects from Development to Production department and other sites.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills / Qualifications:**

+ A PhD Degree in Chemistry with specialization in Peptide chemistry preferred.

+ Minimum of five years of experience working in a Research and Development department.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.

+ Must collaborate across organization and more importantly with Customers for successful accomplishment of projects.

+ Excellent communication skills oral and written with ability to work in a multiple project-driven organization.
