**Refridgeration Senior Development Engineer Needed- Denver, CO**

**Lead a talented team of 12 engineers**

**BS in Mechanical Engineering**

**8+ years’ relevant experience**

**Project management. Success at managing large, cross-functional, product development teams utilizing a defined NPD / Toll-gate process**

**Product development of complex products (deep BOMs) including design, prototype and launch**

**Agency and regulatory experience**

**Supervision and mentoring of other engineers**

**Knowledge of Refrigeration / HVAC / Thermodynamics Strongly Preferred**
