Description **Job Description**

NEW: Kelly Services is currently interviewing for a Senior HR Manager/ Business Partner for a market share global leader of innovative and highly performing beauty products manufactured in Geneva, NY.

This is a high level and visible position within the organization. The Senior HR Manager/ Human Resource Business Partner will report to the Director of Human Resources, be responsible for two direct reports and utilize their experience and expertise in solving problems, developing and executing objectives, and impacting both short and long term goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Developing and implementation of all aspects of the employee cycle including talent acquisition, performance management, reward and recognition, development programs, and retention

- Oversight of employee programs and practices including medical benefits, wellness programs, leave of absences, time off, unemployment claims, employee engagement and development and maintenance of the handbook

- Workforce planning and core data management of internal systems

- Conducting end to end investigations including those involving charges of alleged discrimination based on race, sex, age, religion, national origin and physical/ mental disabilities

- Leveraging a deep understanding of federal and NY State laws and regulations pertaining to Human Resource Management

- Demonstrating leadership in communicating business goals, programs and processes for the facility

- Provide guidance and advice to management and employees to ensure consist application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor-s degree is required. Master-s Degree in HR, or Business Administration is preferred

- Minimum eight to ten years of progressive HR experience in a matrixed environment required

- Experience within a manufacturing and/or CPG environment working with salaried and hourly population is required

- Proven ability to balance role as employee advocate and business partner required

- Proven knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulations regarding wages, hours, working conditions, safety, and labor relations required

- Bilingual candidates in English/Spanish, Spanish/English strongly preferred
