**Job Description**

Kelly Services has an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager in Reno, Nevada.

The Senior HR Manager will work closely with the Group Head of HR, providing informed and efficient service in all aspects of human resources management.

Key Responsibilities:

* HR Strategic Partner - Development and implementation of the HR Plan to support the company in achieving its business objectives. Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies,

* Employee Management - Lead, monitor and review the Performance & Development Review system ensuring that appropriate plans are in place for managing succession, retention, talent and career development. Develop the company culture among staff that is open to change and supports continuous quality improvement, collaboration, respect and accountability.

* Recruitment - Plan and manage the recruitment and selection of staff in conjunction with the Executive team

* Compensation and Benefits - Manage the remuneration structure and salary reviews, providing recommendations to the Executive Team

* Workplace Health and Safety - Oversee matters including committee and injury management and ensure a safe and supported environment

* People Management & Development - Conduct bi-annual performance reviews against annual objectives and KPIs. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.



* Relevant tertiary qualification, Master's degree or equivalent

* Minimum of 10 years proven experience in Human Resources :

* Experience in a large and complex organization is expected and previous employment in a matrix environment highly desired

* A proven ability to develop strong, productive partnerships and engage key stakeholders

* Strong knowledge of HR policy, employment law and employee relations

* Practical experience in application of talent management and succession planning

* Expertise in reward and recognition practices

* A continuous improvement mindset along with a collaborative and team focused approach with an infectious positive energy

* Strong rapport building and communication skills, able to liaise effectively at all levels to manage escalation from senior managers and executives.

* Proven capacity to operate both strategically and operationally with expertise in strategic development and execution across a range of human resources, organizational and cultural change programs.


The compensation package for this role includes salary plus bonus option, and a robust benefits plan.
