**SENIOR MANUFACTURING PROCESS ENGINEER POSITION - DIRECT HIRE!!**



Kelly Engineering has an immediate need for **Manufacturing Process Engineers** in Chaska, MN. You will be expected to work closely with clients to transfer and scale-up manufacturing processes. You will lead the introduction of new manufacturing processes or changes to existing manufacturing processes with all departments and train operators as necessary. You will perform the selection and installation of new manufacturing equipment and systems. You will identify and implement improvements in the process, related equipment, or facility and you be expected to lead investigations and correct problems involving the manufacturing processes and equipment, which adversely affect the process results. You will collect and analyze relevant process data to aid in changes which improve the process and ensure compliance with the Quality System and Design Control requirements. You will assist maintenance in diagnosing equipment failures and you will be expected to demonstrate an understanding of aseptic processing.



Qualified candidates will have the following education/experience to be considered:



**BS in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)**



**Minimum of 5 years engineering experience in the medical device or biopharmaceutical industry.**



Experience with: clean room systems, writing engineering specifications, project management, process and/or equipment validation, PLC controllers and their programming.



In depth understanding of documents, SOP's, and technical drawings



**In depth understanding of design control and regulatory requirements for process design and transfer; ability to research, recommend, and specify new equipment and lead a team through the equipment implementation process**



Comprehensive understanding of GMP's and basic regulatory issues affecting medical device or drug manufacturing.
