**Kelly** has an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Supply Chain Scheduling Specialist** located in **Midland, MI** . The purpose of this job is to decide what to make, when to make it and where to make it for several locations in North America. The role includes balancing supply and demand over the operational horizon, to achieve optimized product availability, asset utilization and supply chain efficiencies ensuring our supply chain network is balanced and capable of meeting customer orders.

**Responsibilities / Duties:**

+ Manage daily production balances to ensure inventory and orders are appropriately filled.

+ Ensure network terminals are properly replenished and status is appropriately communicated.

+ Coordinates the drumming activities for multiple products at several external manufacturing facilities.

+ Monitor performance versus plan and work across functions to resolve issues.

+ Serve as a local site coordinator/planner for raw materials.

+ Lead bi-weekly MPS meeting with the sites.

+ Participate in weekly S&Oe meetings, prepare for and participate in team meetings, and drive resolution on action items.

+ Provide input as required in S&OP process for upstream and downstream businesses.

+ Deliver on inventory target/estimate commitments and eliminate inefficient inventory.

+ Identifies, prioritizes and addresses supply issues (e.g. short-term capacity constraints, product shortage, emergency customer order received, uncovered production requirement, etc.)

+ Leads collaboration with customer service, manufacturing, logistics, third-party service providers and business partners to meet business obligations in case of unplanned events.

+ Ensures proper maintenance of production parameters (material masters, work centers, routings) to ensure effective planning.

+ Engage cross-functional efforts to deliver performance improvement including product teams, CSRs and supply chain modal logistics such as road, rail, bulk marine and MPC.

+ Support improvement initiatives to deliver improved performance and lowest cost to serve.

+ When problems arise, drive issue resolution through use of Dow tools such as RPM, QN and MOC.

**Tools Utilized:**

ECC, OMP OPR, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint, Word

**Required Qualifications:**

+ A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at a U.S. E6 rank or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher is required.

+ A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

**Preferred Qualifications** :

+ ECC experience (highly preferred)

+ OMP OPR experience

+ A degree discipline demonstrating logical thinking or computational skills (Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Mathematics or other related Sciences) is preferred.

+ 2-4 years relevant experience is preferred.

+ APICS Certification.
