Candidate needs FINRA Series 7 & 65/66 or Series 7 & 63

Our client is looking for a Service Center Specialist to provide consistent customer service and support to a network of Financial Advisors (FA) on questions, concerns or matters pertaining to, but not limited to, submitting business, finding and completing forms, account maintenance, general inquiries and resolving issues. Additionally, this individual will interface with all levels of the BLS team as well as potential and current public customers on questions pertaining to their securities and/or advisory accounts.

As a Service Center Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

+ Answer incoming Financial Advisors and customer service calls for BLS products and services.

+ Receive, evaluate and respond to customer inquiries.

+ Research inquires and respond in a professional manner within specified timeframes.

+ Maintain current knowledge of corporate policies, products and departmental procedures. Updates will be communicated from management but maintaining and applying this knowledge is required on the part of the Service Center Analyst.

+ Assist Financial Advisors with the preparation of documentation or paperwork needed to support sales execution.

+ Maintain departmental goals for quality & productivity.

+ Interface with management, customers, Financial Advisors, and other internal departments on all customer service-related issues.

+ Recognize when a customer complaint is being initiated and alert compliance.

+ Escalate service issues when necessary.

+ Maintain the BLSFA Support email address to further support FAs on account opening and handling procedures.

The Service Center Specialist position is well-suited for you if you:

+ FINRA Series, 7, 63/66 or equivalent.

+ Must have effective and professional oral and written communication skills.

+ Ability to multi-task by researching multiple systems and entering data while talking to customers.

+ Customer focused and team oriented.

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Products; knowledge of CRM systems preferred.

Hourly rate: $18-24/hr

Qualified Candidates will have:

+ Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.

+ Typically has up to two or three years of customer service and/or call center experience.

+ Securities Industry or equivalent financial services experience preferred.

+ Candidate needs to be vaxxed
