Kelly Services is hiring for a remote Service Desk Technician for one of our top clients who support Hospitals.


**AskIT Technician**



**Pay:** $18.00 (non negotiable)


Training shift is 8-5pm CT (non negotiable) after training flexible shifts are offered.


Start Date: 6/27/2022



**Location:**

Candidate will be working remotely. Please note that you will need to have a stable Internet connection - 50 MB or greater as well as a DISTRACTION FREE environment so they can complete confidential calls with customers.


**Work:**

The AskIT Technician serves as the frontline support for employees, contractors, and vendors. Support includes, but is not limited to, Login issues (password, MFA, Username), Device troubleshooting (Windows 10/11, Mac OS, iOS), Application troubleshooting (O365, Citrix), and assisting with any technical issue that may arise. We have knowledge to follow for troubleshooting, and established metrics to accomplish the work in. Technicians are expected to provide thorough documentation of the interaction and follow documented processes


**Candidate Strengths:** Strong Customer Service, Ability to provide strong documentation of the interaction, Ability to follow written direction/process, Empathetic in conversation, asking probing questions.


**Special notes:**

This position starts as a contractor, but will have the opportunity to work toward an Employee position.
