**Contract to Hire with Benefits**



**Duties and Responsibilities:**




+ Supporting and troubleshooting several desktop and mobile applications, hardware and network connectivity over the phone and on site.




+ Network troubleshooting physical and logical: TCP, UDP, WAN/LAN, WIFI, VPN, VLAN

+ Hardware troubleshooting/Hardware implementation/Hardware repair

+ Software installation/Software troubleshooting

+ Windows Computer cleaning, rebuilding, troubleshooting; Setting up Servers in Data Center

+ Troubleshoot email in Outlook, Office 365, Cloud Archiving, Spam Filters

+ Mobile management including email set up, troubleshooting and new user set up

+ Active Directory support

+ Light travel between offices in the Denver area

+ Hands on user support

+ Computer deployment

+ Shoretel deployment

+ Share Drive mapping and managing for end users

+ Ability to lift 50lbs minimum



**Qualifications:**




+ Minimum 2 years of related experiences; 4-5 years of experience preferred.

+ High School Diploma Required.

+ Knowledge of O365, software applications, computer hardware and network troubleshooting.

+ Valid Drivers license.

+ Computer, Network, or Server Certifications (A+, MCSA, Network+ etc.) preferred.

+ Knowledge of command line, or scripting (PowerShell, bash etc.) is preferred.
