Description Kelly Services is currently seeking a Service Expeditor for one of our top clients in Atlanta GA area.

Start Date: 4/2/18

End Date: 6/23/18 (temp-perm potential)

Pay: 13.50/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9-6pm

Summary:

The Service Expeditor will provide front line, direct contact with service partners, and customers to troubleshoot service delays, identify expedited service solutions and provide feedback to the Regional Service Managers on servicer behavior. Contact with service partners and customers will occur by telephone, email and/or text. Service Expeditor will be required to meet or exceed specific productivity and customer service goals. The overall goal of the Service Expeditor is to resolve delays in service through effective communication and collaboration with internal resources and with our service partners. The Service Expeditor will be required to use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and/or trouble shooting service related issues. The Service Expeditor must also have the ability to recognize problem areas and report them to appropriate support personnel for resolution, following standard procedures and policies, using good judgment in responding to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Researching and resolving service delays through making outbound phone calls to both the vendor and the customer.

• Root cause recurring problem areas (systematic or behavioral).

• Handle in-bound and out-bound calls from our vendors and customers

• Research and respond to inquiries and prepare responses to customers and vendors.

• Work in a multi-client or multi-functional environment.

• Documenting system of record with detailed notes on status of the repair

• Communicate status updates and appropriately escalate issues and opportunities to meet the needs of clients and customers.

• Assist with projects, as needed

• Follow standard policies and procedures for resolving problems and responding to the customer in a timely manner.

• Documenting accurate and detailed information to various parties via in-bound and out-bound telephone calls, and through written communication.

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School diploma required

• College degree or Technical training preferred.

• Strong PC skills; well versed and extremely proficient in navigating and searching the internet

• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, systems and web pages all in a single session

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Excellent communication skills, both written, oral and phone etiquette

• Strong problem solving skills, with an attention to detail

• Conflict Resolution skills

• Excellent attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment

• Ability to effectively work time sensitive cases in a very fast paced production environment

• Proven analytical and organizational skills

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent
