**ServiceNow Administrator, Hershey, PA**

Kelly Services is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator will work with a cross-functional team to manage the configuration, implementation and maintenance of their Service Now system. This person manages workflows, user roles and access, integrations and will implement and drive automation in the system for one of our top clients in Hershey, PA.

**Duration:** 10 months (Contract W2)

**Pay Rate:** $negotiable/hr. (W2)


+ Performs day to day support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
+ Work closely with IT team and business users to build requested items using workflows to manage processes from the customer to the fulfillment teams
+ Monitor system stability and performance metrics to prevent service degradation or interruption
+ Develop systems integrations and process automation
+ Perform installation and testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to IT operations
+ Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests
+ Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions
+ Maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools
+ Ensure configuration consistency and processes are in place to have a development/test/production environment that is reliable and reproducible
+ Participate in ongoing production support and end user support
+ Minimum/preferred education, knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform

+ BS or equivalent + 5 yrs related experience, or MS + 3 yrs related experience
+ ServiceNow System Administrator Certification, additional ServiceNow certifications a plus
+ ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
+ Experience in requirements gathering & analysis, solution design, development task management, quality assurance and release methodologies
+ At least 3+ years ServiceNow development experience and strong working knowledge of ServiceNow core architecture and especially modules such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management
+ Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools
+ Understanding of Web technologies like HTML, XML, ability to create JavaScript/Glide in ServiceNow
+ Strong skills with building workflow diagrams, communication flows, ITSM models and prototypes, creating SLAs
+ 5-10 years’ experience in the Information Technology field preferred
