**Kelly Services is seeking a Remote ServiceNow ITAM Technical Lead for one of our top clients in the Science and Healthcare Industry.**

Length: 12 months

Type: Contract W2NO C2C, at this time we are not in the position to offer any type of sponsorships or VISA transfers for this position.

Pay Rate: $negotiable/hr. (W2)

Location: 100% Remote


The ServiceNow ITAM Technical Lead will interface with our IT Asset Management (ITAM) team to configure the core functionality of the ServiceNow IT Asset Management module (HAM, SAM, and license management), as well as operationalize and rollout a global process for ITAM. This role will support the ITAM team technically, provide guidance during workshops, and assist in the creation and refinement of user stories. This role will also work closely with the ServiceNow Product Owner to define the Product Vision and Roadmap.


+ Implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITAM module: software asset management, hardware asset management, and license management.

+ Leads effort on operationalization and global rollout of ITAM processes.

+ Load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow CMDB and other CRL data sources using Transform maps and Integration Hub ETL.

+ Develop integrations and process automation with other CRL systems using ServiceNow Orchestration or Integration Hub.

+ Creating workflows using flow designer.

+ Collaborates with the ITAM team to transform requirements into user stories by providing Best Practice design input on the technical aspects of the implementation.

+ Assist with development and configuration of ITAM reporting and KPIs.


**Required Qualifications:**

+ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITAM module, and integration with external systems.

+ Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ITAM processes and solutions.

+ Ability to listen, interpret, strategize and consult on complex business processes and technical concepts.

+ Experience with SDLC processes implementing in a variety of project methodologies: waterfall, Agile/Scrum.

+ Hands-on experience working with relational databases, building Reports and Dashboards.

+ ServiceNow certification helpful but not required.
