Description **Job Description**
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Leadership and Support in promoting, implementing, and improvement of all Safety policies, programs and 5s initiatives to ensure the health and safety of all employees.
- Report any employee or process concerns to supervisor as applicable.
- Manage inventory and preform cycle counts/ yearend inventory.
- Direct storage procedures and locations of goods within the warehouse.
- Drive FL and other equipment as needed.
- Oversee unloading and accurate recording of incoming freight.
- Prepare, and verify applicable record keeping (reports, forms, audits, logs etc.).
- Assist in training and transition of new or transferred employees.
- Promote, support, participate and enforce all company policies, procedures and programs fully, fairly and consistently.
- Analyze facts or circumstances surrounding problems and concerns to determine and recommend possible alternatives and/or corrective action.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management. Promote, support and participate in all company policies, procedures and programs.
**Requirements**
- Knowledge and/or applicable job experience.
- Self- directed and can work independently
- Knowledge and/or demonstrated leadership experience.
- Effective verbal & written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
- Coordinate assigned personnel and activities with frequent follow-up and follow-through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- ERP experience desired.
- Ability to plan and organize work flow to effectively perform assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Proven history of successful multitasking through prioritization and clear communication.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Forklift experience.
- Current driver license in good standing.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
- Minimum three years warehouse experience preferred
