**Job Description**

- Supervise daily warehouse operations with respect to goals for safety, delivery, quality, inventory and costs.

- Define clear goals, expectation and roles to direct reports providing feedback on performance and developmental planning.

- Develops and maintains programs and policies with no deviations to ensure a highly effective and motivated workforce.

- Develop and sustain world-class warehouse/ DC capability.

- Driving `Right First Time- philosophy across the shipping/ receiving team to improve and maintain metrics in line with TEOA and KPI targets.

- Support development of risk mitigation initiatives.

- Actively contribute to develop local talent through succession plan, individual development plans, coaching, and facilitation.

- Responsible for the accuracy of the physical inventory located onsite. Process is not limited to the cycle count and material handling but also includes completing row audits and investigating variances.

- Define and implement new strategies to evaluates the efficiency of existing shipping/receiving operational methods, processes, and procedures, recommends improvements when necessary and updates management on all inventory issues on a regular and as-needed basis.

- Responsible for warehousing activities and associates including the receipt of materials, supplies, freight; and the shipment of finished products, according to company policies and procedures.

- Ensures compliance with local and federal regulations for domestic and international shipments.

- Ensure compliance with internal audit processes, that are not limited to employee-s time and attendance, quality, finance, among others.

- Maintains records of damaged or defective items; records time, date, quantity, source, and destination of materials, including updating the purchase order system for receipts/shipments that are received, cancelled, or back-ordered.

- Partner with Material Planners, Customer Service and Production for scheduling, material handling and proper allocation of resources based on volume, demand and / or business needs.


- BS degree in materials management or equivalent years of experience.

- 5-8 years warehouse, distribution or logistics experience. Ideally in the medical industries.

- Working knowledge of SAP.

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and TEOA preferred

- Extensive inventory control management experience

- Strong analytical skills, strategic and tactical thinking, and problem-solving attitude

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong teambuilding and leadership skills

- Ability to form successful working relationships quickly at all levels

- Demonstrated ability to motivate all levels of the organization

- Fast learner, able to quickly familiarize with existing methods and practices and new concepts/ideas

- Ability to drive cultural changes, energetic, and ability to inspire others to achieve strategic goals.
