Seeking a Site Manager for an immediate career opportunity with one of the most prestigious Medical Device/Manufacturing companies in the country.



**RESPONSIBILITIES:**




+ Customer relations

+ Ensure SOW (statement of work) compliance is maintained throughout the operation

+ Manage any changes affecting the SOWs

+ Work with customer on any forecast or projections affecting the operation

+ Participate in strategic Initiatives with our customer

+ Closely manage all financial aspects of the operations

+ Provide customer with necessary financial reports as needed

+ Participate in monthly performance reviews with customer




+ Report monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to KellyOCG

+ Participate in corporate required training




+ Ensure KellyOCG SharePoint is kept up to date

+ Participate in weekly meeting with Director of Operations

+ Responsible for P&L

+ Manage our safety program

+ Work with Operations Manager and HR Generalist to ensure execution of the following program:




+ Performance management and development of direct reports

+ Growth Development Process / training

+ Continuous Process Improvement

+ Communication of KellyOCG initiatives

+ Human resource assistance




+ Management of Operations:

+ Support customer relations at operation through regular contact and communication with site customer

+ Daily operations reporting

+ Weekly customer meetings

+ Cost management

+ Budget support

+ Initiate and document cost saving initiatives

+ Explore and present new opportunities at operation

+ Administration of Growth Development Program

+ Generate productivity reports as needed

+ Lead Continuous Process Improvement CPI events

+ Conduct employee evaluations and development plans

+ Provide coaching/counseling through Performance Improvement Plans and Corrective Actions

+ Hiring and development of employees to meet operational requirements

+ Implementing corporate directives at the operation level

+ Manage our Safety program

+ Payroll processing and reporting

+ Contract compliance

+ Direction of employees and resources

+ Problem resolution

+ Weekly operations reporting

+ Communication and support of corporate initiatives

+ Directs the ongoing daily activities of the assigned distribution facility assuring accurate accountability and efficient movement of all Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, Inspection, Put-away, picking, packing, and other related distribution activities and controls

+ Effectively manage all the business unit functions, to include P&L responsibility and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

+ Ensure appropriate communication with KellyOCG, customer, divisional contacts, management of the facility as well as outside vendors and/or customers as required

+ Oversees departments, acts as contact between departments, customer contacts, and various levels of supervision and be generally involved in processes throughout the operation

+ Quality, Productivity, Cost, Safety, Employee development and others as required





**QUALIFICATIONS:**




+ Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business admin, Production Operations, or related field preferred

+ 10 years minimum experience in Supply Chain, Distribution Management, or Logistics Management

+ Extensive knowledge of WMS systems including interacting with automated material handling equipment such as automatic conveyor, sorting equipment, and ASRS (Automatic storage and retrieval systems)

+ Extensive experience with pick and pack, inspection, rework, reverse logistics, and distribution operations to multi-destination point of shipments

+ Ability to lead varying process re-engineering initiatives in coordination with OCG teams and customer contacts

+ Ability to map out processes Value stream map and process flow diagrams to identify process improvements

+ Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, ISO, PFMEA, and other quality and efficiency programs

+ Excellent organizational skills

+ Excellent customer service skills

+ Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels both internally and externally

+ Experience with team building practices and techniques

+ Prior direct management experience

+ Must be able to prioritize and make quick effective decisions
