Description **Job Description:**

The Product Support SME for Smart 3D provides user support on a global basis to all users of the Smart 3D product. The Product Support SME gathers and forwards issues and requests that require changes to the product or product work process to the Lead Product SME.

**General administration responsibilities:**

The Product Administration Subject Matter Expert SME for Smart 3D provides administrative tool support on a global basis to all users of the Smart 3D product. Administrative activities may include: Database creation. Create new systems, reconfigure systems, create new jobs, create and maintain permission groups, add new users. Coordinate system location and replication. Database maintenance. Retrofit data to Smart 3D standards, move data between models, track project status, close projects. Data management. Run and analyze database integrity reports, identify potential database problems, solve recognized issues. Preparation of product upgrades and outages. The Administration SME for Smart 3D helps to prepare product upgrades and system outages, investigate software updates and database integrity. Work in a global team. Administration SME for Smart 3D is a global role, collaborating with other Administration SMEs under the leadership of the 3D Product Manager. Primary responsibility is to the local site, then to the region. The Product Administration SME serves as a backup to all other Smart 3D locations. Administration Subject Matter Expert SME for Smart 3D coordinates with Lead Product Subject Matter Experts and other Product SME s to solve product issues. Other activities includes supporting SP3D users, troubleshooting technical issues, training users.

**Education/Certifications:**


+ Preferred Technical or University Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
+ Minimum 5 years Smart 3D practical design experience.
+ Programming / Software Skills Microsoft Office 2007 Visual Basic 6 / Visual Basic .Net
+ MS SQL Database administrator experience. Very good communication skills
+ Very good analytical skills
+ Experience training Smart 3D users
+ Experiences in Design Engineering
+ Willing to work during non-office work hours
