**Job Description**


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Direct the Mid-Atlantic regional client services to assure efficient scheduling protocol and effective use of technician resources

- Manage and lead client projects including defining the scope of the project, quote and post service follow up

- Work with customers, field technicians, and other stakeholders to manage and track customer projects in real time

- Maintain and improve existing and new client-s relationships via periodic face to face remote meetings with their key personnel

- Work with client services, microbiology, technical reporting, and field service teams to execute effectively on all aspects of the customer experience

- Identify and communicate on evolving industry and marketing trends and regulatory changes

- Attend industry events to identify and follow up on potential customer leads and industry growth

- Become conversant in the full range of company service offerings at a commercial level

- Work with New England inventory and repair divisions to receive and log incoming and outgoing parts

- Manage day-to-day administrative activities within the office, ensure professional management support for all office activities

- Develop and implement office policies by setting procedures and standards to guide the operation of the Maryland office

- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and machinery; arrange for maintenance as required

- Maintain confidential files to ensure that all required information is easily accessible by management when needed

- Point person for mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment and inventory

- Assist in physical inventory counts within Maryland location


**Requirements**


JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

- Business Administration with 4-6 years of customer service / account management experience

- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures

- Ability and willingness to travel locally to customer sites

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

- Desire to work closely with team members and multi-task in a dynamic setting

- Ability to learn and understand technical aspects of customer facilities and equipment is essential

- Experience in healthcare, pharma, biotech or life sciences industries preferred

- Knowledge of Business to Business (B2B) Best Practices


- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
