Kelly Services is actively seeking a **Specialist, Contest & Incentives Administrator** for INFINITI at their HQ located in Franklin, TN.

**What skills does this position require?**

**1. Job Knowledge and Skill** : Basic understanding of retail sales process and the role of incentives, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

**2. Experience** : Two or more years of professional level experience.

3 **. Education: Bachelor's degree** in a related Marketing discipline. Consider equivalent related college or technical courses, seminars and in-house classroom training.

**4. Computer Skills:** Advanced knowledge of **Microsoft Word, Power Point, other PC applications** , mainframe applications, and internet browsers to produce non-standard, creative products.



**Job Description**

Primarily supports VPP program execution including launches, HQ/field liaison, and audit procedures. Secondarily supports implementation and administration of Contest and Incentive C I programs, including Vehicle Incentive Management System VIMS programming/maintenance/training, regional and dealer support, and interface with vendor for web-based incentive applications. Maintains C I Helpline answering dealer inquiries. Resolves payment discrepancies and provides updates to program objectives. Monitor project costs. Research projects and prepare correcting entries, as necessary. Prepare project cost accruals. Possesses knowledge of industry joint interest and revenue operations. Conducts analysis of management and operational problems and formulates improvement plans where necessary.



**Describe the principle, core primary tasks that a person in this position performs on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis?**

1. Manages VPP program communications, processes, and procedures

2. Identify VPP irregularities and conduct regular audit to investigate potential abuse

3. Provide VPP recommendations, recoverable incentives, and corrective actions based on audit findings

4. Maintains C I Helpline; answers inquiries relating to payment issues and discrepancies; reviews dealer exception payment requests; approves and processes incentive discrepancy requests; monitors timeliness of claims payments.

5. Programs VIMS for dealer payments based on current incentive announcements; ensures incentive dollars are paid accurately; ensures sub-venue units are processed accordingly.

6. Provide VIMs support including assisting with program setup, programming, launch and diagnostics.

7. Reviews dealer exception payment requests; approves and processes incentive discrepancy requests; monitors timeliness of claims payments.

8. Provide back-up support to other C I positions including but not limited to: a. DIME assistance b. Monthly Reporting c. Loyalty program tracking

9. Develops Ad Hoc incentive programs as necessary, including but not limited to: a. Post program analysis b. V PIPE/VIN PIPE, Etc.

10. As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.
