Kelly Services is seeking a remote **Sr. Analyst - CCAR & US Capital Adequacy** for a Canadian multinational financial services company in **New York, NY.**

**Job Title: Sr. Analyst - CCAR & US Capital Adequacy**

Location: Remote

Job Type: Temporary

Length: 4-Months

Est. Start Date: 9/7/2020

Hours: 9am 6pm

Pay Rate: $43 - $53 per hour

Reason for opening: Employee on maternity leave

**Brief Project Description:**

+ Support CCAR, Management Reporting and Data Analytics.

+ Create documentation and interpretation of regulatory guidance and mapping rules.

+ Support preparation of monthly and quarterly materials for Management and Executive committee meetings.

**Project Name:**

US Capital Adequacy, CCAR & FPM


+ Collaborative team of 25 individuals working in a fast paced environment to cover areas such as CCAR Reporting, Capital Adequacy, Financial Planning and Management.

**Daily Responsibilities:**

+ Coordinating and supporting CCAR Reporting (Y-14M/Q/A), Management Reporting and Data analysis.

+ Perform analysis between 14M/Q/A definitions/requirements and business financials to ensure accurate translation and documentation of business results into 14M/Q/A templates.

+ Support External Reporting Lead in developing governance including documentation, controls, reconciliations, business challenges etc.

+ Partner with technology to implement longer term automated system based reporting including ensuring data strategy meets Reporting (CCAR and Management) requirements, testing/validation of results, etc.

+ Partner with capital policy team to drive decision making on reporting interpretations

+ Support preparation of monthly and quarterly materials for Management and Executive committee meetings


+ CFA or CPA nice to have


+ SQL, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Financial Planning system (EPM)

**Must Have Skills/Experience (in order of priority):**

+ Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent required

+ 4+ years experience in Finance/Risk/FinTech

+ Demonstrated knowledge of lending products (Loans, Deposits, securities etc.)

+ Strong Technical knowledge (SQL) to perform data analytics on a large pool of data sets.

+ Strong financial Statements orientation and comprehension.

+ Writing and analytical capabilities commensurate with production of management-ready documents and other work products.

**Nice to Have Skills/Experience:**

+ CCAR or Capital Reporting

+ Treasury experience (ALM, balance sheet management)

+ Financial planning and analysis

+ Capital Markets or commercial banking

+ Accounting

**Soft Skills:**

+ Strong writing skills appropriate

+ Team player willing to contribute to the team

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

**Work environment:**

Will be working remotely. Environment is fast paced often with multiple competing priorities. Requires collaboration with teams across functions and geographies. Given majority of materials produced are for senior executives or regulators, attention to detail, concise and clear written skills, timeliness and the highest degree of accuracy are required.

**Training:** Training on Processes, financial system and reporting will be provided in the first/second week by team members
